Clear the Google Play Store cache

  • Open the Setting menu on your device.
  • Go to select App or Application Manager Option.
  • Scrolling to All apps and then scroll down to the Google Play Store app.
  • And then find click on app details and choose the Force Stop option.
  • After click on app details and click on Manage Space option.
  • And click Clear cache button. 
  • After the steps above repeat but step 3 in download the Google Play services.
  • Try to download the app again.

  • Open the Setting menu on your device.
  • Go to select App or Application Manager Option.
  • Scrolling to All apps and then scroll down to the Google Play Store app.
  • And then find click on app details and choose the Force Stop option.
  • Click the Clear data button.

Remove your Google account and add it 

  • Open the Setting menu

  • Try to download the app.
